The Role

Responsibilities

Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers experiencing issues with our platform. This includes troubleshooting problems and offering solutions to ensure a seamless user experience.

Live Chat Management: Efficiently manage live chat inquiries, responding promptly to customer queries and concerns. Ensure high satisfaction levels by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Customer Success: Actively assist customers in maximizing their success with cold email outreach. Offer guidance and support in utilizing our platform to its full potential, tailoring advice to each customer’s specific needs.

Feedback and Improvement: Engage with customers through Zoom calls to gather feedback on their experience with SalesBlink. Use insights gained to recommend improvements to our product and services.

Training and Education: Conduct educational sessions and provide resources to help customers understand best practices for cold email outreach. Empower clients to achieve their sales goals by leveraging SalesBlink’s features effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
  • Experience with live chat support platforms and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Comfortable conducting video calls and presenting to customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for technology and staying updated with the latest trends in cold email marketing.
