What You Will Do:

— Technical support on chat and email

— Investigations and solving issues related to a different products

— Debug and troubleshooting integrations

— Preparing and running queries in DB

— Widgets Design

Job requirements

Who You Are:

Primary requirements

  • Linux shell
  • MySQL
  • Bug Tracking Systems (Youtrack, Jira etc)
  • HTML5/CSS3/JS
  • RestAPI

Will be a plus:

- Any programming language

Language proficiency:

— Intermediate+ English level

— Native Ukrainian 

Remote work with shifts:

- 1 week shift starts at 7:00, 

- 1 week shift starts at 13:00, 

- 1 week shift starts at 9:00, 

- 1 week shift starts at 17:00, 

- 1 week shifts on weekends
