We are looking for a Director of customer support who is supportive and has hospitality to help our customers.

Firstcard has raised $7.8M from VCs and Angels so far.

Skills and experiences:

  • Strong customer support experience over 3 years at financial industry or hospitality industry.
  • You need to be a Native English speaker.
  • If you can speak multi lungage, especially Spanish, that's fantastic!

Responsibilities:

This is second hire for customer support team so you are responsible to improve our customer support manual and our communications.

Salary range

$12k- $48k (USD)/ annually

Expected location

This is fully-remote position but we expect to hire someone at Argentina to offer 24/7 services to our users in the U.S..
