  • English B2 and higher;
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Proficient computer skills;
  • Quick learner;
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills;
  • Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations;
  • Attentive to detail and customer needs;
  • Strong sense of responsibility;
  • Quick to adapt to changing situations.

WILL BE A PLUS:

  • Proven experience in a customer support role;
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
