About the role
It is important to us to make entrepreneurs and marketers happy and successful by supporting them in using our Perspective software. With empathy and technical understanding, we meet our customers in a solution-oriented manner in order to master their challenges together. You act proactively to continuously increase customer benefits and thus accelerate our growth as a team player. ❤️
What you will be doing
- You will answer customer requests, handle bug issues and investigate on the customers account about problems
- You categorise and analyse insights from conversations with customers to improve our products and processes
- You identify potentials for a better customer journey and self service
- You maintain and expand articles, bots, the knowledge library and auto replies to achieve fast but qualitative support
- You will take responsibility for own projects and ensure it is completed within a quarter to improve support service
Who you are
- You know how customers expectations and wishes have to be answered in chat conversations from beginners questions to advanced questions
- You always go an extra mile for best customer experience development and think customer and software first
- You have a strong passion for online marketing
- You can handle customer inquiries with an excellent communication strategy and style
- You are good at finding, running and finishing projects
- You are able to organize your day and prioritize tasks
- You can share constructive feedback and are open for feedback
- You understand and identify customer needs we don't fit at the moment and forward potentials to the team lead
- You have excellent communications skills German (native) and English (fluent)
- A great advantage if you have technical understanding of marketing tools (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Zapier, Email Tools) and social media
- Not a must but advantage if you have a technical background or experience in tech support
