With our blog and free sales training courses that generate 300,000+ unique visits every month, you´ll be responsible for supporting Mailshake customers and helping customers solve issues.

You´ll be expected to work directly with customers to provide them with guidance and troubleshoot their issues to keep them running. You´ll also work with our team to provide feedback on what our customers are saying, what they´re having trouble with, and opportunities you and the team see for improvement.

You´re excited about this role because you´ll: (Key Responsibilities)

  • Identify customer needs and issues from email and live chat communication
  • Respond professionally and efficiently to inbound communication from customers via email/live chat
  • Provide solutions to customer issues and identify opportunities to provide proactive support
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and triage more complex issues to our dev team
  • Take pride in providing a memorable experience that exceeds our customers expectations

Were excited about you because you have: (Requirements:)

  • 1-3 years of experience with customer onboarding or customer support You´ve got an eye for details, and you can read between the lines
  • You´re empathetic, organized, driven, and eager to help customers
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skill
  • Bonus: Prior experience with a CRM and other sales automation tool

Just a couple more things:

  • Native English speaker & in US Time Zones
  • This is a full-time remote contractor role, and you´ll need to work 40+ hour weeks Monday - Friday, ideally in CST or EST time zone
  • Be based in Colombia (Our Latam team is currently there and we prefer to hire in Colombia).

Monthly Salary from $1,500 to $1,750 depending on experience. As a contractor you are responsible for your taxes and insurance and work equipment.
