About the Role

At Mangomint, our customers are everything. Because of that, we have the standard of providing no less than top-tier customer support to our clients. When our clients have questions, they need quick and accurate answers, and our Customer Support Specialists provide just that. Our customers have high expectations of us and we have high expectations of our Customer Service Specialists. Some of the things you can expect in this role are:

  • Responding to customer support messages from our customers primarily through chat but also over a phone call at times
  • Continually increasing your Mangomint product knowledge so you can provide expert-level answers and service
  • Being available on some evenings and weekends (This person will cover support on the weekend every 3 weeks. Please be sure this is something you’d be comfortable with before applying.)
  • The opportunities and growth potential that come with a start up, as well as the sometimes unpredictable hours (We’re a quick-growing company and a small team, so urgent things come up sometimes, especially in support, so we may need last minute help here and there.)

Requirements

What We're Looking For

As previously mentioned, we have high expectations for our Customer Support Specialists. To help you better know if this role is something you could be a fit for, here are some of the things we’re looking for:

  • You live in the Central or Eastern Standard Time zone (CST or EST)
  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a software support position
  • You have an ability to learn incredibly quickly and an “I’ll figure it out” attitude while also not being afraid to ask questions
  • You’re independent and have the ability to work well autonomously and with a team
  • You enjoy working on difficult-to-solve problems, even if it’s in a stressful situation at times
  • You have a LOVE for talking with people from all walks of life and ability to always be respectful and kind, no matter what
  • You are a skilled communicator through writing (Writing is a HUGE part of this role so we need this person to be able to communicate really well through writing.)
  • You having experience with salons and spas (or beauty & wellness in general) would be incredibly helpful
