Customer Support Specialist (German)

We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy seeking to onboard a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their teams in Greece.

Location: Work from home/remote, Greece

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a banking company through various channels (phone, email and chat)
  • Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
  • Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
  • Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience

REQUIREMENTS:

  • C2 level of German and B1 English, both oral and written
  • Passionate about customers and customer service
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Stable internet connection
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
