Customer Support Specialist (German)
We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy seeking to onboard a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their teams in Greece.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a banking company through various channels (phone, email and chat)
- Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
- Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
- Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- C2 level of German and B1 English, both oral and written
- Passionate about customers and customer service
- Problem-solving skills
- Stable internet connection
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
