Demand Gen Specialist
Job Description
This multifaceted role is responsible for executing marketing campaigns and programs that generate demand for our products. Reporting to the Director of Demand Gen, this person will create project plans that align with the quarterly marketing strategy and sales pipeline goals.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging inbound marketing, email, digital, social, and direct mail campaigns and to drive new customer acquisition
- Build and track project plans for all demand gen deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
- Create and maintain the marketing calendar (including campaigns, conferences, emails, webinars, content, customer comms, etc.)
- Write all prospect-facing emails, create lists based on segmentation, and manage email sends; support events with conference-related email campaigns
- Manage production of webinars from start to finish, including operations, communications, project management of tasks performed by other team members, and follow-up
- Generate weekly slides that report on net new marketing leads, MQLs, SALs, SQLs and opportunities by channel, and source
- Write and set up automated email nurture programs to increase MQLs
- Utilize marketing automation software to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Respond to all incoming marketing requests from other departments and work with manager to estimate ROI and prioritize accordingly
- Work directly with SDR manager to hand-off and MQLs on a weekly basis to ensure SLAs are being followed
- Collaborate with sales to identify target accounts for account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, develop timeline and plan assets, and work closely with designated AEs/AMs for the duration of campaigns
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management experience, driving leads across multiple channels
- Experience setting up campaigns and workflows in Hubspot
- Intermediate level of expertise with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ad manager, and Google Ads a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with an analytical and data-driven mindset Positive attitude; willing to wear multiple hats as needed
