The role, in a nutshell:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our team. As a Demand Gen Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate and nurture leads for our products and services. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline growth and revenue.

What you’ll do:

  • Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, social, virtual events, in-person events, content that generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts and create account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain marketing automation campaigns and lead nurturing programs.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Establish relationships with third-party vendors, including marketing agencies and event planners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation and lead generation.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, preferably in the SaaS or security industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and Hubspot.
  • Excellent written communication skills and experience independently drafting content for marketing materials. 
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions using tools like Google Analytics 
  • Experience with account-based marketing and sales alignment.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, product, operations, etc.  
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Copper and Salesforce. 
  • Experience working in a startup or high impact, outcome-driven environment preferred.
