Demand Generation Manager

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will partner with our growing marketing team to drive pipeline and revenue growth. You’ll use your understanding of sales pipelines and go-to-market strategies to create and execute marketing campaigns that deliver value and increase leads and adoption. Limble is a rapidly scaling start-up, and you will often collaborate on projects across all departments. Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and execute industry focused campaign launches that meet campaign performance goals and drive pipeline and bookings growth.
  • Drive demand generation and adoption through multiple channels, including email, webinars, content syndication, events, digital advertising, and more.
  • Measure, report and optimize campaign performance.
  • Utilize understanding of revenue attribution to improve budget allocation. 
  • Oversee the campaign setup and execution process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to improve conversion metrics.
  • Partner with product marketing and content marketing functions to better understand customer personas and buyer journeys in order to create targeted, value driven content.
  • Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with internal teams through exceptional client service.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation or campaign marketing, ideally within a growth oriented SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.), go-to-market strategies, and marketing automation.
  • Ability to use an analytical, data driven approach to measure the impact of campaign activities on sales pipelines.
  • Metric driven and ability to drive campaign performance based on data.
  • Experience with lead scoring & nurture programs to move qualified prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Experience leading and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • History of owning a pipeline or sales target which has been consistently met or exceeded.
  • Strong communications skills and desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to advise stakeholders on best practices and areas of opportunity.
