The role:
As a marketing team member, you will play a pivotal role in our lead generation and conversion strategy. Yours is a crucial role within the marketing team, where you can create buzz around the brand and share our messaging across all marketing channels.
You will report to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our inbound marketing strategy.
You must be data-driven and able to analyze data to optimize content and campaigns to leverage insights and increase conversions.
We need you to develop campaigns that drive website traffic, converting traffic to leads and then to MQLs. You must be self-motivated and able to operate in a quick, flexible and efficient manner.
In this role you will:
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead-generation content.
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers and continually refine our process to convert customers.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure that content reaches and attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
- Develop and enable reporting through dynamic HubSpot dashboards, reporting on key metrics and analytics.
- Proactively create/help create new ways of engaging our target audience.
Email Marketing:
- You will manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including templates, calls-to-action, and content used in your email sends.
- Segment lists based on behavior such as past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
- Measure results and optimize the nurture tracks for these segments to convert leads to customers.
- Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
- A/B tests and promotions that succeed through email.
- Ensure that our processes and interactions with GDPR and other regional legislation requirements.
Social:
- You will create and manage content for our LI account and liaise with marketing colleagues and our external SEO agency to create content that can be deployed from our LI profile and used for LI advertising/programs.
- Each campaign/marketing activity will have social content for sharing, such as PR, events, webinars, blogs, etc. - you will be able to extract the main value propositions for our target personas to ensure that our social posts and content resonate.
- You are managing digital events, creating landing pages, attracting audiences to convert to sign up and then following up post events/webinars.
We would love to hear from you if:
- You have excellent attention to detail and love data. You can easily compile reports and presentations showing the value of the campaigns, see trends, strengths and weaknesses, and then adjust campaigns.
- You have 3+ years of relevant experience in the B2B software industry.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- You are an excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- You have a passion for driving high-quality traffic and leads through inbound and content marketing.
- You are proficient in HubSpot (inbound marketing platform, and marketing automation features).
