Job Description
The Opportunity:
Flywire is seeking a self-motivated Deployment Consultant to carry out integration and implementation activities that bring value to our clients and partners. This individual will support our EMEA Sales and Relationship Management teams to ensure onboarding excellence. If you have experience in student financial services, change management within higher education, experience with SAAS based integrations, project management and technical consultation skills and want to launch your career in the exciting world of Fintech this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
As a subject matter expert in Flywire Integrations the Deployment Consultant will guide clients through the Discovery, Portal configuration, Integration, Testing and Go live stages for clients implementing Flywire products.
- Consult clients on how to implement Flywire’s cross border products including APIs, Payment Checkouts and Recurring Payments solutions
- Serve as the SME leading multiple client implementation projects ensuring they have successful execution
- Run workshops and client syncs as they progress through the different implementation stages
- Ensure a smooth customer experience by matching the products and Integrations to client needs
- Develop and maintain complex product documentation, in partnership with product management and engineering, providing internal knowledge transfer and support for relationship management and sales
- Be the first-line support for customers during implementation onboardings as well as post go-live for any solution-based queries
- Establish best practices in client configuration and project execution
- Contribute to product vision by collaborating with customers, implementation teammates, product management, and stakeholders
- Play a role in fostering an ever improving culture and customer experience continuously
Qualifications
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of professional experience with Fintech, Technology or Consulting companies, or Higher Education such as Business Office, Cashiering, Financial Aid, Reconciliation processes of higher education
- Fluency in English and a second language - French, Italian, or German preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Technologically savvy or an interest in learning introductory technical skills
- Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrated experience with managing internal/external project stakeholder relationships
- Knowledge of programming languages such Javascript, Liquid, Java, SQL, Python etc.
- Knowledge of implementing and configuring software (payment software preferred)
