Job Description:
What will you do?
- The role requires championing building solutions around the Internet of Things (IoT) expertise, as well as relationship building skills, to successfully position Schneider Electric / EcoStruxure in a manner that expands market share by helping our customers positively impacting their business.
- Acting as a Consultant Solution Architect, you will effectively collaborate, plan, develop, and execute strategies to generate new customer connected solutions / business opportunities for Schneider.
- The role is responsible for serving as an overall expert for consultants and designers by enabling total solutions and supporting our sales channels, in assigned geographic regions.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Exposure and understanding of the construction industry and technology
- Understanding in networking and relationship building
- Experience in connected building solutions for multiple market segments
- Willing to travel to meet our clients’ demand – currently less than 25% today, with the ability to travel up to 50% in the future
- Management / Leadership experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Active listening skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to set goals and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and manage diverse priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently, following general guidelines, and as part of a team
