We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Product Design Manager to lead our design team in creating engaging, user-friendly digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, a passion for solving complex user problems, and a proven track record of managing and mentoring design teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to drive the design vision and ensure a seamless user experience across all digital platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years in digital product design, including 3+ years in management
  • Strong UX/UI portfolio and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with Wireframing, User Testing, and design processes
  • Leadership skills for managing and mentoring a design team
  • Excellent communication and strategic problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence
  • Experience with responsive design, especially for mobile
  • Passion for design trends and new technologies

Compensation: 

  • Base: $195,000
  • Base + Bonus Target: $260,000
  • This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.

The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.

Country Hiring Guidelines:
