Designer User Interface Lead I

Everi is looking for a Designer User Interface Lead I to join our expanding team! If you are looking to broaden your skills as a Designer, work with a dynamic team, and gain experience in the world of interaction design, this is the role for you! We are looking for those with experience designing/testing digital and interactive experiences (Mobile Apps, Websites, Touchscreen Kiosks, etc.). This role will focus on heavy UX Design to improve our content within our Loyalty product offerings.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Ability to solve design problems driven by high-caliber UI/UX solutions and best practices.
  • Create interactive prototypes for testing and delivery that visualizes a user's journey/flow.
  • Ability to articulate UX best practices with proven results.
  • Create UI interfaces driven by UX thinking, while ensuring all elements use cohesive design and functions.
  • Generate and manipulate graphic images, text, backgrounds, cards, logos, and buttons on application screens for customers, including application re-brands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, gaining insight and direction on assigned company marketing materials and communicating requirements & timelines.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years of experience designing/testing digital and interactive experiences
  • 0 -1+ years’ experience leading and managing diverse teams
  • Strong knowledge of proven UI/UX solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail (sweats the small stuff).
  • Experience creating prototypes for conceptual ideas and (A/B) user testing 
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.)
  • Ability to turn wireframes into high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Ability to provide design solutions driven by requirements and data

 Nice to have's

  • Experience working in Figma.
  • Some leadership experience.
  • Development/coding knowledge and/or understanding (CSS3/HTML5/jQuery etc.).
  • Gaming, FinTech, or Loyalty industry experience.
  • Experience working within an Agile process

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 82,800- $ 95,200 annually.
