The Data team at Acquco is responsible for driving the vision and the execution of developing data assets/insights central to Acquco’s business objectives. Utilizing modern cloud computing infrastructure, analytics/ML workflows, and agile development methodologies, the team generates and maintains data assets to empower Acquco’s decision-making processes and answer critical business questions.

Role

Acquco is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize its cloud-native infrastructure, driving the success and ensuring the continuity of our innovative operations. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and gain experience across different business areas.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and other orchestration tools.
  • Manage and optimize company’s cloud infrastructure.
  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD workflows.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of services.
  • Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all infrastructure and deployments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with knowledge of both AWS and Azure.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools, specifically GitHub Actions.
  • Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash or other scripting languages
  • Experience managing databases (PostgreSQL) and caching systems (Redis).
  • Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
