About the Role
The Digital Advertising Manager at Moncel is a key role within the Marketing team, entrusted with leading and optimizing the company's digital advertising efforts across international markets. This position demands a strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a strong analytical foundation, capable of steering Moncel's digital ad campaigns through the evolving landscapes of PPC, paid social, remarketing, and display advertising.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and executing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
- Conducting keyword research and managing keywords to optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
- Allocating and managing the digital advertising budget across campaigns and platforms.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of digital advertising campaigns.
- Implementing A/B testing and optimizing campaign elements to improve conversion rates.
- Making real-time adjustments to campaigns based on performance data and emerging trends.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional team members to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Staying updated with industry trends and integrating innovative tools and practices into digital advertising efforts.
- Collaborating with the content team to align advertising content with brand messaging and audience needs.
- Ensuring compliance with digital advertising regulations and brand guidelines.
What You Have
- Advanced proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data modelling and strategic planning.
- Expertise in optimizing landing pages connected to paid advertising campaigns.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and its integration with digital advertising.
- Familiarity with email marketing and social media management campaigns.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for digital advertising, including data privacy laws.
- Experience with project management software for campaign organization and tracking.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or extensive industry experience in digital marketing and advertising).
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, and other relevant advertising platforms (or demonstrated experience).
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and integration with digital advertising strategies.
- Project management skills and proficiency with project management tools.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Strategic thinking and ability to conceptualize and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies.
