Digital Analyst Senior or Lead

As a digital analyst senior or lead, you’ll take on the dual role of owning data analysis for client-side paid search strategy and spending efficiency as well as for the small business insurance (SBI) product-specific quoting platform. In paid search analytics, you’ll handle the budgeting, testing, and return on investment modeling for both the commercial lines auto and SBI products. Working on customer experience analytics, you’ll categorize strategy and ensure data structures are in place to produce SBI product-level insights, quoting key performance indicators’ (KPIs) success measurement, and quoter trends/behavioral analytics. Additionally, you’ll necessitate the fusion of modern digital analytics with traditional database analytics when approaching data within our commercial auto and business insurance industries.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum three years analytical work experience in a professional setting including, experience tagging and reporting using Google Analytics/Google BigQuery/Google Tag Manager or a comparable digital analytics suite and cloud provider.
  • In lieu of a quantitative degree, a Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience in a professional setting including, experience tagging and reporting using Google Analytics/Google BigQuery/Google Tag Manager or a comparable digital analytics suite and cloud provider.
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience in a professional setting including, experience tagging and reporting using Google Analytics/Google BigQuery/Google Tag Manager or a comparable digital analytics suite and cloud provider.

Preferred skills

  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data utilizing Google Analytics as well as other digital experience analytics tools, and provide recommendations on quoting experience enhancements that will help drive website goals
  • Leverage data visualization software (Tableau, Excel, Power BI, Domo…) to illustrate findings in a succinct, digestible fashion including monthly and quarterly reporting and commentaries
  • Highly proficient in programming in SQL and SAS, or R or Python
  • Knowledge of digital experience analytics, a background working with large structured and unstructured datasets, and strong leadership skills

Compensation

  • $68,100 – $109,900/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
