Full Job Description

The Digital Channels team is seeking a product manager for J.P. Morgan Access®, an award-winning client facing cash management platform that enables clients to connect and transact around the globe. The Digital Channels team has global responsibility for product management and sales support of J.P. Morgan Access®, an award-winning client facing cash management platform. Our digital solutions enable clients to connect and transact around the globe leveraging Online & Mobile, File Transmission, Integration and/or API options.

As a Digital Channels Product Manager, you will be defining and executing on the strategy that helps J.P. Morgan increase its market leadership position and simplifies our client experience. You will have global responsibility for strategy, product management, sales support, project delivery and client support for payment related features. You will partner with technology teams and business stakeholders to define a product roadmap and deliver maximum value to end users. This includes driving the successful completion of related deliverables, change management, budget and resource oversight, stakeholder management and commercialization of features.

The Digital Channels Product Manager will:

  • Own the client's end-to-end global online transaction initiation experience
  • Interact with clients to better understand needs and identify opportunities for best in class solutions
  • Define product strategy, roadmap and feature sets with input from regional and line of business teams
  • Lead feature delivery, partnering with technology, operations, service, risk, compliance and legal teams
  • Manage aspects of the Product Development Lifecycle using an Agile methodology
  • Collaborate with implementation, support, sales and marketing to rollout features globally
  • Drive operational and client issues, to resolution, including client escalations where applicable.
  • Demonstrate superior judgment to mitigate risk; foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated and creative solutions are identified

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a product or product-related function with experience in one or more of the following areas as a plus: consulting, sales, operations management, or technology
  • Knowledge of cash management, particularly global transaction initiation across all pay methods and related clearing rules (NACHA, SWIFT, ISO, etc.)
  • Successful track record of leading large-scale initiatives in a matrix environment
  • Software development lifecycle with a strong preference to agile
  • Highly collaborative, team focused working style
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across disciplines
  • Undergraduate degree is required, graduate degree in a relevant field is a plus
