Digital Content Associate
Develops and maintains various forms of digital content that supports SharePoint, team events, strategic initiatives, marketing collateral, and presentations across Public Sector and the Strategic Programs organization. Closely aligns with leadership to help enable strategic and cross-company initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Strategic Initiatives team members to support key initiatives within Public Sector through digital content creation, delivery & maintenance.
- Coordinate development of new content with leadership & team members to ensure conformity with Strategic Programs and Sales leadership goals.
- Maintain SharePoint sites to meet Strategic Programs and Public Sales content standards and objectives.
- Create and Edit Visual presentations to meet Strategic Programs and Public Sales content standards and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal/external subject matter experts to complete & update existing projects and create new projects.
- Remain current on technology trends and develops related content as appropriate.
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to notify them of new content entries, educate them on new developments with content.
- Maintain a regular content update schedule & calendar to ensure sites and collateral are up to date.
- Monitor utilization rates for published content and work with leadership to ensure content remains current & relevant.
- Collaborate with other teams including but not limited to Field Marketing, ITS, PPM, Sales, and others.
- Provide support for ad hoc projects & initiatives as directed by leadership and senior team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience: multimedia production, graphic/creative design, marketing production, and/or content management & related tools/applications
- Demonstrated track record of success with managing content.
- Proficiency with web design and content management systems and posting/sharing on digital and social media platforms.
- Experience with visual communication principles.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Experience in or demonstrated ability in video and photo editing.
- Ability to work with a team, multitask and meet and perform under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once in an organized manner.
