As a Digital Demand Gen Manager at Accruent, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital footprint and driving organic search performance across various regions. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective SEO strategies, analyze data, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our online visibility and search rankings are consistently optimized. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to win on Google and Bing against competitors on the most important search terms through search ranking, technical, and off-page SEO.
  • Increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversion rates across various markets.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify valuable opportunities and optimize existing content for targeted keywords.
  • Generate content and publish on CMS platform (Drupal) to ensure all web content adheres to SEO best practices and aligns with the overall strategy.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that may hinder search engine crawling, indexing, and ranking.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with publishing and development teams to implement on-page and technical SEO recommendations, ensuring optimal website performance.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to create detailed analytics reports on SEO performance, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
  • Explore and implement innovative SEO techniques, such as voice search optimization, mobile-first, and AI strategies, to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Paid Search and Pay Per Lead: Fully own search engine marketing and pay per lead channels, working with internal and external stakeholders as required to deliver on revenue, ROAS and customer acquisition goals. 
  • Paid Social and Display: Implement and optimize paid social campaigns and display ads across multiple digital channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Content Network and Facebook. 
  • Account Based Marketing and Digital Nurture: Ability to lead audience-based nurture campaigns and proficient at account-based marketing tactics. 
  • ROAS: Optimize ROAS (Return on Ads Spend) by managing campaign budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling reporting discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager with 5-7 years of experience and a track record of driving organic growth in a global context.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website platforms to implement SEO recommendations effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate SEO strategies and results to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent content writing skills to ensure new and updated SEO content is high-quality.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Ability to manage a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong capabilities of planning and managing short-term and long-term projects
  • Must be a proactive team player and comfortable taking full ownership of projects and results
  • The person must thrive in a problem solving and continues improvement environment

Nice to have:

  • Certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO-related certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience managing SEO for B2B SaaS organizations is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Eloqua
  • Be able to create reports on CRM (SalesForce) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo)
