Compensation Range: $40 - 53 per hour

Cella is looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our pharmaceutical client's in-house team. In this role you will work closely with Marketing and Sales Training on creating and redesigning assets and emails. The ideal candidate will be creative while remaining within branding standards and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fully remote ongoing contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high quality concepts, design and layout for marketing such as emails in SalesForce, web and web banners.
  • Veeva upload for approval and Salesforce for implementing emails.
  • Create code for emails and web banners for Veeva approval.
  • Create animated web banners in different sizes, layouts or variations for implementation.
  • Video editing for social media.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors
  • 3-5 plus years' experience in interactive design, and digital at an agency or in-house department.
  • Knowledge in HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery.
  • Adobe Creative Suites: Dreamweaver, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Media Encoder & InDesign.
  • Veeva CLM
  • Careful attention to brand and production standards.
  • Must have the ability to conceptualize and design from start to finish.
  • Must possess great interpersonal skills and be able to manage and speak with clients.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to be flexible with shifting deadlines within reason.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and timely follow up.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of people and accept feedback.
  • Experience with print production a plus.
  • Skills:
  • HTML (4 years of experience is preferred)
  • 2D (4 years of experience is preferred)
