About the role:

Step into the pivotal role of driving growth marketing and conversion rate optimization for our clients. Dive into e-commerce experiences, brand showcases, and multi-channel campaigns for well funded startups and global 2000 businesses. Your role is not just about overseeing campaigns; it’s about making a tangible impact. You’ll have the autonomy to experiment and innovate, shaping not just campaigns but the growth strategies of companies aiming to make a difference.

What you'll do:

  • You’ll be more than a campaign manager; you’ll be a growth architect, designing and executing strategies that fuel business expansion
  • Oversee and execute dynamic digital campaigns from setup to completion
  • Harness digital user acquisition and social media management
  • Lead ad operations: trafficking, troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Collaborate across departments for seamless campaign integration
  • Analyze data for revenue insights and actionable optimizations
  • Be the client's go-to for campaign insights and updates
  • Your insights won’t just optimize revenue; they’ll help align business goals with customer needs, creating a more sustainable and impactful growth model

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in growth marketing or ad operations client-focused roles
  • Mastery in trafficking ads across digital platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in GTM and GA4 tracking setup
  • A tech-savvy problem solver with acute attention to detail
  • Stellar communication and collaboration skills
  • A growth mindset with a commitment to ongoing learning and adapting in a rapidly evolving field
