SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

This data-driven marketer will play a crucial role in driving the success of Finalsite’s digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. Reporting to the director of marketing operations, the digital marketing manager will implement strategies to increase website traffic and generate qualified leads, with a primary focus on advertising from ideation to execution to maintenance. This person will be a key member of the demand generation team, collaborating on full-funnel campaign strategies, email marketing, and content writing as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Finalsite's products and services.
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google, 6sense, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Manage all advertising budgets and report on spend and return on an ongoing basis.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Create and optimize lead-generation landing pages to drive conversions and capture valuable customer information.
  • Partner with colleagues on the product marketing team to develop and execute on product and client marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the field marketing, brand, and communications teams to develop lead-generation strategies and materials that promote awareness for the Finalsite brand.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Background in digital marketing, with a focus on managing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation systems (such as HubSpot, Pardot, and/or Marketo).
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, landing pages, funnels, and conversion paths.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2+ years of experience, preferably in a tech inbound marketing role or agency environment.
