Pitchbox, a prominent software company with a proud ten-year history, is on the lookout for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Manager will be a crucial player in Pitchbox's marketing team, providing support for an array of digital marketing activities:

  • Manage Marketing Channels: Play a key role in expanding our company's online presence by collaborating directly with the management team on projects spanning across social media, websites, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Content Creation and Management: Participate in the creation, editing, publishing, and distribution of engaging content across platforms. Collaborate with the graphic design team and video editors to produce visually appealing image and video assets.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop SEO strategies to increase web traffic, including keyword research, link building, and SEO best practices.
  • Paid Advertising: Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, including bid management and performance analysis.
  • Social Media Management: Create and implement social media strategies for brand awareness and engagement.
  • Email Marketing: Develop email marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and manage subscriber lists.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns, derive insights from data, make adjustments, and report to stakeholders.
  • Stay Current: Continually monitor and adapt to SEO and digital marketing trends, exploring potential new strategies to sustain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Good time management abilities and capacity to balance priorities.
  • Enjoy problem-solving and approach tasks with a constructive, can-do attitude.
  • Capable of self-management and can take the initiative on projects with minimal supervision.

Hands-on Experience in the Following Areas:

  • Content Production and management
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Pay-per-click (PPC)
  • Experience working with CMS, with a preference for WordPress
  • Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working for another SaaS company/client
  • Experience with link building and Digital PR
