Job Role:                           Digital Marketing Specialist

Work Schedule:             8 hours per day – Prefer work to Sydney time(or decent overlap) but flexible. 

Salary range:                    $2,000 - $2,500 AUD

Role Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be a key player in enhancing our digital footprint and engaging our passionate automotive enthusiast community. This role combines social media management, digital strategy development, and paid advertising to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement across our portfolio, including iconic brands like Meguiar’s, Mobil Lubricants, Elf Lubricants and ColorSpec. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) to engage automotive enthusiasts and promote brand loyalty.
  • Digital Strategy Development: Craft and execute innovative digital strategies aligned with our company goals, focusing on brand positioning and audience engagement.
  • Paid Advertising Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Brand Representation: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Content Creation: Oversee content that speaks to our audience, demonstrating expertise in automotive care and passion for the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in social media management and paid ad strategy.
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns, ideally for a product-focused brand.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Specialist, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to convey our brand’s voice effectively.
  • Passion for the automotive industry is a plus!
