Our Business Development Director reports directly into our VP of Fabrication and is responsible for driving Fifty/50’s business growth, ultimately leading to new accounts and revenue for The Fifty/50 Fabshop. You will be servicing clients by providing exceptional customer service, follow-through, and problem-solving capabilities. Travel will be involved as you will also support onsite event execution and client management on new business projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Networking. Prospect for new business opportunities in the experiential, event marketing, trade show, and sports and entertainment industries by leveraging relationships (your own and ours) and by networking with industry leaders.

Sales. Direct business development meetings with prospects to gain an understanding of their needs and scale of opportunity. Bring in new fabrication business relationships while supporting growth strategies.

Presentation Skills. Lead the development of materials to enable written communication, live presentations, and budgets with direction from Fifty/50 leadership to present to clients or prospects.

Client Relationship Management. Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with the client, along with building the overall scope of work including formulating the project budget.

Relationship Building. Actively navigate the Omnicom network to build strategic partnerships with other agencies and driving new business opportunities. Conduct meetings to gain expert knowledge of the offerings of other Omnicom agencies that will be the best match for the services Fifty/50 offers.

Experiential Marketing. Use industry knowledge in fabrication amongst experiential marketing, event marketing, and sports and entertainment expertise to leverage business relationships with clients and industry events.
