We are seeking an innovative thinker who understands the levers available to drive growth and knows how to partner across an organization to deliver results. You bring a deep understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and will lead the design and execution of impactful programs and intent-based industry campaigns that speak to the needs of enterprise buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and orchestrate impactful marketing campaigns that increase engagement at both “cold” and “warm” target accounts, source new sales opportunities, and influence and accelerate existing pipeline
  • Serve as an indispensable business partner for sales, working hand-in-hand to identify high-value target accounts and develop account-specific marketing plans
  • Map and deliver programs across customer journeys that engage our target audiences at the right time with the right messages leading to the right experiences, taking into account district strategic plans and buying cycles
  • Leverage a variety of marketing channels and tactics, including email, direct mail, content marketing, events, intent data, and account-based marketing to grow our existing base and acquire new customers
  • Measure, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; leverage data to spot areas of opportunity and refine strategy accordingly; and provide thoughtful insights to the broader team
  • Embed your team into the daily work of our sales teams and SDRs to establish reliable communication channels so that the teams are always enabled with the latest program details, events, sequences, incentives, and marketing collateral.
  • Ensure that your strategy spends the budget to deliver pipeline & ARR growth
  • Work closely with product marketing to identify the strategic messaging and tactics needed to ensure that our writing platform “flies off the shelf”
  • Lead, supervise, mentor, and develop team members to meet and exceed goals by providing feedback and guidance, as well as training and coaching opportunities

About You:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (EdTech preferred), with a focus on account-based marketing and demand generation.
  • 5+ years of experience directly managing and growing a marketing team.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies and tools, including marketing automation platforms, ABM Platforms, Analytical tools, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on the impact of campaigns and tie performance to sales pipeline results.
