Lime is hiring a Director Global Planning & Inventory Management to join our Supply Chain team! In this role, you will report into the Sr Director, Global Supply Planning & Logistics. You will help us continue to transform and take our global planning and inventory management functions to the next level.

What You'll Do:
- Identify and lead projects designed to significantly improve our global supply planning and inventory management processes
- Lead a dynamic global team, supporting their development, providing mentorship & support while leading them in effectively balancing managing the business while transforming it
- Contribute to and support continuous improvements in our demand forecast process to enhance accuracy across our global business units
- Direct the strategic and tactical activities of the supply planning & global inventory functions
- Participate in stakeholder discussions to identify and collaboratively address our challenges
- Work with Ops stakeholders to guide the development of optimal inventory levels and turn rates to establish min / max stock levels in support of optimized replenishment SLAs
- Formulate and utilize methods and systems for enhancing improved control over supply and inventory while driving down OOS rates and avoiding overstock or stagnant inventory situations
- Lead & support SOX compliance initiatives across all planning and inventory functions
- Further establish and implement key performance indicators to drive short and long-term improvements
- Determine budgetary needs in support of inventory management and support the annual budget process for CapEx and Spare Parts spend
- Lead the work to identify new item setup improvements and standardization consistent with the expectations of the business and our systems
- Manage and maintain effective communication & relationships with cross-functional partners
- Utilize data analysis and reporting to support supply chain strategies, cost reduction efforts, inventory reduction targets, and compliance
- Establish close partnership with Accounting for monthly and year end reconciliation processes and implement best practices
About You:
- You strive to build respectful & collaborative relationships within your organization, external partners and key stakeholders
- Ten + years of increasing responsibility for Planning and Inventory leadership within a fast paced, rapidly growing, global environment
- Prior global team management experience a plus
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading supply planning & direct procurement
- Proven track record of implementing and managing best in class inventory management principles
- Highly results-oriented and focused on business priorities, goals and delivering impactful projects across the finish line
- A people focused leader
- Prior ERP experience required, NetSuite experience preferred
- Solid understanding of SOX compliance requirements for direct procurement, planning and inventory management
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to develop and execute comprehensive action plans under tight time constraints
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities & projects concurrently
- Effective communication & presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Must be able to build rapport with directs and cross-functional colleagues, and be able to foster collaborative relationships
The anticipated salary range for this position is $128,000.00 - $216,000.00. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
