Overview

Recharge is seeking a results-oriented and experienced Director of Implementations to lead our team. As the Director of Implementations, you will play a pivotal role in creating scalable processes, reporting, and staff enablement which will ensure timely and frictionless launches of our product lines.

The ideal candidate will be able to take vision and drive the team to measurable results. They should be obsessive about their book of business and able to get into the gritty details of their team; not just the overall strategy. Fundamentally you must have a passion for getting shit done.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive implementation strategy to align with business goals around maximizing ROI to merchants.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to create, document, and communicate standardized implementation processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Partners, Account Management, Product Management, Support, and Engineering teams.
  • Design and curate a repository of implementation resources, including guides and training materials.
  • Measure implementation process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to optimize the implementation journey.

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years in Implementation, Professional Service, or Highly Technical Service Leadership.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a documented record of managing cross-functional teams effectively.
  • A documented history of building to scale, not just building from scratch.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
  • Data-driven mindset and proficiency in using analytics for decision-making.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and API integration (highly desirable).
