About the Role

At Win, we tackle complex eCommerce and business challenges for top DTC brands. The Director of E-commerce is the leader of the team responsible for successfully delivering large-scale digital projects, e-commerce long-term strategy, and day-to-day support on store management tasks for the eCommerce portion of our owned brands. Win leverages the Shopify platform for all of our brands. We also use several applications within the Shopify app ecosystem to support these stores. Their primary goals are to use proven tools, techniques, and methodologies to build great online solutions and manage a cross-functional team of designers and developers to help execute those ambitions.

As the Director of Ecommerce, you act as both a player and a coach. You are adept at strategic thinking to deliver value, conversion rate, and AOV optimization and exceed expectations. You are a creative problem solver and a great communicator. You also serve as a leader - one who can articulate the project or strategy vision and rally the team - and an advocate, representing both the client’s and WIN’s interests.

This role will report directly to the VP of E-commerce and directly manage a small e-commerce team. This fully remote position can be based anywhere in the US.

  • Direct e-commerce roadmap, key project parameters, where applicable, for new features, including timeline, scope, risks, quality, testing, and launch for all eCommerce-related projects.
  • Articulate e-commerce strategy and vision across cross-functional and brand teams to streamline communication and prioritize opportunities to drive maximum success.

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • A strong understanding of project management methodology, including standard documentation, constraints definition, goal-setting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
