The Director of Franchise Operations at Grand Welcome supports all franchise operational processes, training, compliance, and support in the delivery of superior service by our franchisees.

Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and lead/support new franchisees with systems execution, and onboarding process
  • Support franchisee operation and be the point of contact for management
  • Train operations and management franchisee employees to use controllable expense systems and effectively manage costs
  • Conduct Bi-Weekly calls with each franchisee to review sales and any operational or reporting issues including operational challenges
  • Ensure franchisee compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures with Quarterly QSC reports work and develop standards and corrective action plans, milestones and timetables where appropriate with franchisees
  • Support franchisee business and assist with developing business plans to maximize improvement (operations, marketing, training, etc.)
  • Assist franchisee with strategies that drive sales and profitability
  • Collect and maintain an active working knowledge of the key business metrics for their assigned franchisees and use the metrics to analyze issues and opportunities for each operation and the franchisee’s business as a whole
  • Employ effective interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively drive company objectives and manage change
  • Communicate and educate monthly and quarterly QSC
  • Safety procedures are in place
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least three (3) years of experience in franchise operations
  • Experience in a client success role
  • Ideally have experience in a management/leadership position preferably restaurant, or operations management.
  • Learning management Software including audio/video editing and training program implementation experience
  • Expert customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of small of business finances (Profit & Loss, Chart of Accounts, etc)
  • Ability to navigate new technologies and systems
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities paired with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Experience working with budgets preferred

Compensation

$80k/year + bonus
