About This Role
Craft is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to join our growing Go-To-Market team.
The ideal candidate for this role is a creative, resourceful, self-starter who is excited to take ownership of the demand lifecycle and collaborate closely with sales, sales operations, product marketing and marketing communications. We are looking for passionate, out of the box but metrics based thinkers who will push the boundaries on how to create effective integrated campaigns, events and lead gen activities that differentiate Craft in the market and generate high demand. You will play a critical role in developing, evangelizing and executing on the best marketing methodologies to grow our brand awareness and drive lead generation.
What You'll Do
- Define marketing channel objectives, KPIs, and goals
- Develop best in class field marketing and events - strategy and execution
- Create integrated ABM focused demand gen and campaign and field/events strategy across business segments, regions and personas
- Define and create customer journey map
- Partner with Sales to solidify ideal customer profile
- Build and execute campaigns with agency support
- Align lead gen campaign with awareness campaigns
- Execute on best in class field activities and events
- Create Paid Media plan in partnership with content team
- Design and execute best in class sales kick off
- Manage all demand gen metrics against goals and provide reporting/analysis on demand gen, field and events and social media campaigns including website traffic, leads, MQLs, MQL to SQL, and SQL to close conversions, cost per lead, customer acquisition costs
- Work with BDR team to define and validate qualifying questions, scripts, email cadences, messages
- Monitor leads and MQL nurture and follow up
- Assist with SEO and website creation and optimization
- Deeply understand our personas and what type of content they like to consume and where
- Maintain and expand the marketing technology stack, which currently includes Hubspot, Wordpress, Outreach (for BDRs), Apollo (for ABM account identification) among other common systems
- Develop processes for and support the execution of channel tactics, including paid media, referral, email, and landing pages
- Maintain operational systems, including account/lead scoring and triage, maintenance of prospect/customer data, and delivery of marketing performance reports
- Scale and segment automated nurture campaigns, catering to a variety of user segments across the buying journeyImplement programmatic account-based personalization into marketing channels
- Optimize channel performance by directing a persistent testing regimen
- Ensure compliance privacy and security regulations
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years experience in B2B enterprise software growth marketing, field and programs
- Strategizing, building and measuring integrated demand generation campaigns
- Strategizing, organizing and executing on best in class field marketing activities and events
- Creating campaign content and amplifying it across all channels
- Building and targeting buyer/user personas
- SEO/SEM
- Marketing tools - Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics and Adwords, Nacho Analytics, MailChimp, etc.

- Compensation starting at $190,000 USD/Year. This starting number can be increased based on levels of expertise, location, cost of living, taxes, market experience, etc.
