Position Summary:

The Director of Microsoft Programs – Azure for Pax8 Microsoft Vendor Alliances team will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies that drive growth and adoption of Azure Data & AI and Security solutions within the Pax8 Microsoft Vendor Alliances team. The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of the overall strategy.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and adoption of Azure Data & AI and Security solutions within the Pax8 Microsoft Vendor Alliances team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of the overall strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Pax8 and Microsoft to drive success.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Azure Data & AI and Security to ensure Pax8 is at the forefront of the industry.
  • Lead and mentor team members to ensure their success and growth within the organization.

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least ten (10) years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on Azure Data & AI and Security.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Required Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • AZ 900, AI 900, AZ 104, SC 900 (required)
  • AZ 500, AI 102

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $160,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
