About The Role
Invisible’s platform will drive a new way to run your business. Regardless of which domain your business operates within, its size and its geography, we will be able to automate operations using our cutting edge AI and ML automation, helping you see revenue and margin wins. The leader in this role will help us shape this future working strategically with industry strategists to identify the most important use-cases for us to win and then executing flawlessly to land those use-cases with marquee logos. You will report directly to the Head of Product and will be able to build out a team of PMs and UX designers over time.
What You’ll Do
- Market and Competitive Research: You will conduct comprehensive market and competitive research to identify potential verticals that align with Invisible's platform. This includes evaluating the Total Addressable Market (TAM) and analyzing unmet needs within these verticals, as well as performing competitive analysis to understand industry trends, key players, and potential opportunities.
- Discovery and Use-Case Identification: Engage in discovery processes to uncover client needs and pain points within identified verticals, identifying and prioritizing use-cases that align with client needs and have the potential for strong product-market fit.
- Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to craft compelling value propositions for targeted verticals. Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with potential clients and highlights Invisible's unique offerings.
- Capability Analysis and Improvement: Analyze use-cases with strong product-market fit to identify opportunities for new capabilities or enhancements to existing ones. Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch solutions that address identified needs effectively.
- Driving Reusability and Expansion: Ensure that developed capabilities are reusable, facilitating expansion within verticals and across clients. Leverage core capabilities to explore and penetrate new opportunities within the existing client base or new verticals, driving growth and scalability.
What We Need
The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of product management experience, demonstrating a track record of successful product launches and innovations. They will bring at least 2-3 years of experience in people management, with proven leadership skills in guiding and mentoring high-performance teams. The ideal candidate will be
- Industry Expertise: Experience working on B2B, SaaS products, with a preference for candidates with a background in operations, is essential. Familiarity with intelligent operations and related technologies will be highly valued.
- Communication: The candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. They can flex from written memos to communicate plans and detail to large audiences where they need to pitch new ideas and get buy in.
- Analytics: Top-notch analytical skills are necessary to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions. They are comfortable using data analytics tools to build reports themselves and are disciplined about checking in on the state of the business and product to make data-informed decisions.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills are also critical, enabling effective work with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Compensation:
- Base: $230,000
- Base + Bonus Target: $315,000
- This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.
The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
Country Hiring Guidelines:
