Hello,👋 nice to e-meet you it's Perceptyx's. Our company is currently in search of a highly skilled Director of Product Management with expertise in data and analytics. We need an individual who can effectively merge strategic product planning with efficient tactical management abilities to aid in the growth and development of our business. As a leader, your contributions will be instrumental in our ongoing success.

As a Product Director, you will be responsible for leading a suite of products, in concert with our global product vision. We are looking for your diverse insights and perspectives to contribute to a highly engaged and customer-centric culture. Here you will lead roadmap development, product creation, and expansion and evolution in the portfolio by distilling market trends, and customer needs, and being aware of the competitive landscape. You will work across functions to define offerings and lead teams to build products, taking ideas to production, enabling delivery to customers, and driving growth. This will be done in collaboration with a team of product managers to create a unified holistic experience for our customers.

Some Things You Will Do:

  • Strategy - Formulate and implement global approaches for products, leveraging analysis of our product strengths and opportunities, partners, customers, competitors, and the market context
  • Competitive analysis - Research the market to assess developing market trends, customer needs and competitive positioning. Leverage competitive assessment to refine product direction and strategy
  • Product development - Lead the definition and delivery of new product functionality by defining role-based journeys and use cases. Define roadmaps to communicate high-level direction and sequence. Successfully launch global SaaS products by to turning a vision into an actionable roadmap and delivering product(s) to customers
  • Go to Market - Collaborate with marketing to define go-to-market strategies, and guide development of sales tools to enable customer understanding of the value and drive growth
  • Manage offering performance - Measure product capability performance.
  • Understand & influence the product P&L, and drivers for product adoption and active use

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a product leader in B2B, or high-growth SaaS company (Analytics / Platform Experience is highly preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience with data/analytics platforms and systems
  • Experience with implementing and/or managing effective SaaS-based applications
  • Solid understanding of current and emerging technologies and infrastructures
  • Ability to translate data into insights for a non-technical audience
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to influence and coordinate activities of resources outside of direct control
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills for all levels, including Sr. Management

Benefits

Compensation: Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. The salary range for the role is $160,000 - $220,000 per year. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
