You might be the transformative Director of Product Enablement that Swoogo is looking for. In this strategic role, you’ll orchestrate the overarching vision and direction of our product enablement efforts, collaborating at a leadership level and steering the department towards a future marked by innovation, efficiency, and holistic success.

About the Role

In this role you will:

  • Understand the direction and vision of the company and the vision set by the SVP of CX to develop a strategy and approach for Product Enablement and customer training
  • Own Enablement Services – Coach and lead our customers through product training and enablement with a strong focus on build a self-supportive customer base
  • Oversee curriculum development - develop the direction and process of curriculum design and implementation in conjunction with the CX leader.
  • Build a team and process that reliably trains new users to a place of proficiency in the platform in a timely manner.

What You’ve Done Before

  • Built and implemented curriculum standards, systems and processes.
  • Identified key objectives and strategies in curriculum design based on business needs
  • Experience using CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot) and can understand and design processes using these systems
  • 5-8 years experience in Education/Training
  • 3-5 years SaaS Experience
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team
  • Empathy, Honesty, and Transparency
  • Ability to gracefully work through challenges of a fast paced, fast growing startup
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills,
  • The ability to multitask and manage pressure with a smile
  • No problem with working remotely— our whole team is distributed!
