Director, Project Management

The Director of Project Management plays a vital role in overseeing and managing the successful onboarding of new customers and implementation of software solution projects for our company. This position requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and an understanding of the healthcare industry. The Director of Project Management will lead a team of project managers, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects from inception to completion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the continuous improvement of our implementation methodology, project management tools, and templates, while ensuring the seamless execution of projects with our valued customers
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success Engineering, Product, IT, Data Management and the customer to develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project management team.
- Manage portfolio of projects against contractual deliverables, SLAs, and agreed upon project success criteria.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in the healthcare sector.
- Develop a training program for new hires as well as continuing education for the project management team.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the project management team.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Regularly report on project portfolio progress, addressing potential issues or risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role with a proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
- Experience in managing large scale projects and programs, monitoring operational success throughout the product lifecycle.
- Proven ability to oversee and optime project management software, including the use of Monday.com.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Background in healthcare software preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000 / annually
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
