A Brief Overview
The Director, Software Engineering will act as a strategic thought partner and liaison between internal teams across the organization. This Salesforce leader role will set and execute a strategic vision and roadmap for the organization by collaborating with stakeholders and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have enabled multiple business processes via technology platforms and delivered working solutions, successfully served the various business leaders' needs through effective dashboards and reports delivery.

What you will do
- Manage enhancements of business processes and driving operational efficiencies across the organization.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the administration of the specified domain/platform and support the platform
- Ensure ongoing user adoption, support, training, architectural design, and custom dev activities as well as responsible for enhancements, upgrades, data conversations, release updates, and reporting for multiple departments
- As Salesforce.com is currently our primary system of record that supports not just sales roles but also functions as a platform for several critical operational business processes, the candidate will also serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the administration of the Salesforce.com platform and direct manager of a small Salesforce team.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred
Experience Qualifications
- Typically 15+ years of technological experience
- Typically 8+ years hands-on experience in specified domain
- Typically 5+ years management experience
- Experience working with technical & functional resources and following an Agile based delivery methodology
Skills and Abilities
- Proven ability to interface and partner with C-level Executives and Senior Management
- Ability to understand the business, business needs and identify areas that can be optimized
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, make decisions, and build trust across the organization
- Ability to guide team on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines
