Director, Talent Acquisition

The Director, Talent Acquisition reports to the Chief People Officer and is responsible for designing and implementing recruiting strategies for Mission Cloud. You will monitor recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, manage internal and external recruiters, and identify high-potential candidates. Ultimately, you will help us grow our teams with qualified employees and achieve our business goals.

This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilties

  • Design strategies for long term talent pipelines for current and future roles
  • Develops and implements recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire.
  • Strategize ways to improve applicant diversity and attract candidates from nontraditional backgrounds
  • Hire, manage, train, and evaluate a talent acquisition team, both on and offshore
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies for offshore teams
  • Prepare and manage recruitment budget
  • Manage our external partnerships with recruitment firms, colleges, job boards, and software vendors
  • Implement online and offline employer branding activities, at times in partnership with Marketing
  • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication)
  • Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of Mission Cloud
  • Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
  • Measure key recruitment metrics, such as a source of hire and time-to-hire
  • Report on pipeline metrics such as pipeline speed and applicant demographics
  • Ensure that Talent Acquisition objectives and projects fall in line with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with Talent Development on training materials and resources for interview health across the company.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or similar role
  • Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
  • Ability to work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Good team-management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates)

$176,500 - $205,000 a year

Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and ability as evaluated during the interview process.

Level M5: $ 176,500 - $ 198,000 - $ 205,000
