Director, Talent Management
We are looking for a Director of Talent Management to join our Platform team. You will be reporting to Jane Roberts (Senior Director of Talent Management). The Director of Talent Management provides leadership and support to ensure the implementation of Talent Management strategies for BenchSciers as it applies uniquely to the Platform Stream. This is an influential role that provides advice on complex business issues from strategy through execution.

You Will:
- Lead your team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, Talent Business Partners, and collaborate with our Centres of Excellence to guide the execution of priorities
- Identify, advocate and promote people-related programs for improving our performance, hiring, engagement and retention
- Implement strategies for talent management, organizational design, career pathing, internal mobility and diversity programs
- Develop strategic communication and change management plans
- Work on complex ER matters (performance management, discipline, performance improvement plans)
- Update best practices for Talent Management and culture policies
- Collaborate with the Total Rewards team on market reviews and analysis
- Provide guidance to the Talent Excellence team on operational best practices and employee matters
- Partner with Platform leadership and key stakeholders to ensure your strategies are built to their needs
You Have:
- Experience leading a broad range of projects within Talent Management (talent acquisition, performance management, organizational design, bench strength analysis, internal mobility, career pathing, employee relations, workforce planning, succession planning, talent coaching)
- Navigate effectively in a matrixed organization and partnership structures
- Change management and experience facilitating group discussions with multiple executive stakeholders
- Critical thinking and the ability to understand the financial impact of recommendations
- Experience leading a team
