Position Overview

InvoiceCloud is looking for a top-performing business savvy Director of Total Rewards & People Analytics to lead our Compensation, Benefits and HRIS teams. As InvoiceCloud’s Director of Total Rewards & People Analytics you will lead the strategies, processes and roadmaps that drive our hyper-growth organization. In close partnership with the Chief People Officer, you will serve as a strategic advisor and focus on creating an incredible employee experience by partnering with Executives, and Solution Leaders. This candidate should be passionate about coaching and mentoring their team while enabling their ability to succeed.

The successful candidate will use a proactive and innovative approach to ensure that our rewards are competitive, drive business results, are aligned with our culture, and are valued by our team members. This person must be both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor who is passionate about how compensation, benefits and HR systems impact the employee experience by building a competitive total rewards program at InvoiceCloud.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and lead the InvoiceCloud’s comprehensive strategy for Total Rewards using programs aimed at attracting and retaining top talent in a competitive environment and across multi business units (often with very different cultures and strategic objectives)
  • Demonstrate leadership through expert counsel to HR and Business leadership on compensation issues related to company pay structures, pay change recommendations, new hire offers, and wage and hour regulations
  • Remain current on comp and benefits standard methodologies, changing legal landscape, assess and communicate potential impact on the business along with recommendations/solutions to address concerns
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our rewards programs to ensure they are aligned with our business and talent strategies and market trends; make recommendations for changes, as appropriate
  • Partner with external compensation resources; oversee all activity related to compensation surveys, market trends and competitive pay positions to ensure InvoiceCloud’s salary plans remain competitive in the market
  • Work closely with the CFO, CPO, and other appropriate stakeholders on annual merit, bonus and equity plans
  • Oversee the strategic direction, planning, and requirements to execute the design, implementation, communication, and administration of all compensation, health and welfare benefit programs
  • Routinely assess cost effective, competitive, benefits position relative to the market
  • Ensure all programs are administered in compliance with regulations nationally. Including management of all compliance filings, reports, and audits related to the administration of employee compensation programs either directly or through vendor/partners
  • Serve as an integral member of the People Leadership Team
  • Prepare materials for InvoiceCloud’s executive leadership team and Board of Directors

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant work experience in Total Rewards, or HR Operations with concentration on compensation and benefits
  • Education: BA/BS Degree
  • Prior experience designing executive compensation & incentive plans and managing executive compensation at a public company
  • A business partner mindset with strong knowledge of benefits and compensation
  • Process & systems orientation - be able to scale the businesses - deep experience in defining, implementing and driving people processes and related systems to support growth.
  • Experience developing and using data and talent analytics to understand trends and establish strategic practices that enhance quality of total rewards, build compelling business cases and drive sound decision-making
  • Leverages company branding to ensure powerful employment branding that reflects InvoiceCloud’s commitment to diversity, inclusion and innovation
  • Strong work ethic with planning and execution skills for a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Workday

Base Compensation Range: ($182,000.00 to $195,000.00) annually

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission and equity. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
