Job Summary:

As a Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a workplace culture that values diversity and fosters an environment of inclusion and respect. This position requires a strategic thinker who can drive the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to report on diversity metrics, plan and conduct diversity events, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to embed diversity practices into hiring processes. Your efforts will contribute to making our company a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive place to work.

What your impact will be:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and values.
  • Set up and maintain diversity reports and dashboards, publishing diversity metrics to senior leaders on a regular basis.
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct a variety of diversity and inclusion events, including workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition teams to integrate diversity practices into the hiring process, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to establish and monitor goals for diversity and inclusion, and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Provide training and development opportunities on diversity and inclusion topics for employees at all levels.
  • Act as an advisor and subject matter expert on diversity and inclusion issues, offering guidance and support to employees and management.
  • Stay informed on best practices and trends in diversity and inclusion, incorporating new ideas and approaches into the organization's strategy.

What you will bring:

  • s aware of global trends in the Diversity & Inclusion space. Familiar with practical initiatives and solutions that foster the spirit of inclusion within the organization and improve Diversity within teams.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years of experience handling diversity and inclusion roles
  • A proven track record of implementing successful diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Experience setting up diversity reports and publishing diversity metrics.
  • Experience planning and conducting diversity events.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Talent Acquisition teams to embed diversity practices in hiring.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior leaders.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience in creating dashboards.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and presenting diversity metrics and data to senior leadership in an understandable format.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse groups.
  • Project Management: Experience in planning, organizing, and leading diversity and inclusion initiatives and events.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with HR teams and other stakeholders to integrate diversity practices into business processes.
