Business Overview
Document & Business Solutions (DBS) is the company's primary mail and print production provider for the firm, globally, operating across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and NAMR in more than 50 cities. DBS is responsible for providing vital products and services, including but not limited to, scanning, imaging, mail distribution, document creation/print/copy, messenger, courier, and fulfillment. Additionally, DBS manages the firmwide suite of digital products, including, firmwide office print (floor copiers/printers), Digital Mail (mail digitization), workflow solutions, document, design and content management.
As a Document & Business Solutions Product Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development and implementation of DBS products. This role can cover a variety of DBS functions including or all of mail distribution, print production, postal, help desk, support, product/product support, and digitization related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, making recommendations, and identifying solutions to achieve objectives
- Performing deep dives / process reviews / root cause analysis to identify potential problem areas and implementing solutions accordingly
- Participating in critical analysis on multiple approaches to determine best solution
- Developing project proposals to be presented to Stakeholders
- Taking initiative in proposing solutions and considering impact across business. Seeking to continuously address opportunities for development.
- Documenting project plans, timelines, resources, and scorecards and driving projects through to delivery
- Effectively communicating project status, next steps and key milestones and managing expectations
- Owning, delivering, and executing tasks in a timely manner whilst keeping others informed of progress
- Documenting and addressing project issues, escalating appropriately to key stakeholders, and ensuring visibility
- Building network and understanding in and outside of the team, across business lines and locations
Necessary Skills & Experience
- Stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization; ability to articulate status and requirements and overcome challenges through influencing and collaboration
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a drive towards execution and delivering results
- Experience of managing multiple competing priorities in an efficient and structured manner
- Ability to reprioritize and keep track of multiple activities in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience of working collaboratively in a multi-functional global team environment to achieve high quality results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create impactful and powerful presentations
- Experience in the IA tools such as OWL, Signavio, Alteryx, Tableau, Python & UiPath would be an advantage
- Fast and confident learner with good attention to detail
- Global mindset: experience working with different regions and countries to understand and have thoughtfulness to different cultures
- Demonstrates a positive 'can-do' attitude and contribute to an energetic and motivated team environment
