Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Virtual E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, with a focus on the US market. Your expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and data analysis will drive the success of our online sales initiatives and contribute to the growth of our e-commerce business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and revenue growth on our e-commerce platforms, with a primary focus on the US market.
  2. Manage product listings, including product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management, to ensure accuracy and optimize visibility and conversion rates.
  3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion or improvement within the e-commerce landscape.
  4. Optimize product pages for search engine visibility and conversion, utilizing keywords, metadata, and other SEO techniques to improve rankings and attract organic traffic.
  5. Implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and PPC campaigns, to promote products, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms.
  6. Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and website metrics to identify insights, trends, and areas for optimization, and use findings to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  7. Monitor and optimize the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our e-commerce platforms, identifying and addressing usability issues, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  9. Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in e-commerce technology, and proactively seek out opportunities to innovate and enhance our e-commerce operations.
  10. Provide regular reports, analysis, and recommendations to management on the performance of our e-commerce channels, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles, with a track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth through online channels.
  2. In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar, as well as proficiency in relevant e-commerce tools and software.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize e-commerce performance and drive business results.
  5. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, strategies, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  7. High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace conducive to remote work and virtual collaboration.
  8. Availability to work during US business hours, with flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings or deadlines outside of standard hours.
