Implement and manage Elevar’s software, including Google Tag Manager containers, ensuring accurate tracking and data collection.
Provide exceptional technical support to clients using Shopify, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other marketing destinations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website functionality, integrations, tracking, and online advertising campaigns.
Troubleshoot Google Analytics, Facebook, and Google Ads data when data outcomes are not appearing as expected.
Assist in the development and execution of tracking solutions that align with clients' objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.
Requirements
Proficiency in Shopify, including theme customization, app integration, and basic backend management.
Strong experience with Google Tag Manager, including the ability to create and manage tags, triggers, and variables.
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, including setting up goals, tracking e-commerce metrics, and generating custom reports.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Strong communication skills to interact with clients, understand their needs, and explain technical concepts clearly.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in tracking and reporting.
Prior experience in an agency or client-facing role is a plus.
Ecommerce certifications or relevant training are desirable but not mandatory.
Proficiency in Javascript is desirable but not mandatory.
