Job Description

Masse is a fast-growing SEO agency, offering our highly-effective “Content at Scale” SEO campaigns to ambitious tech companies focused on the extreme cutting-edge of tech like AI and Robotics.

We’re looking for an Editor to join our team and help us continue to produce best-in-class content for our clients.

You’ll work alongside our Head of Content (who leads the content fulfillment process for our clients) and — of course — our team of in-house writers.

Your primary objective will be to assign detailed content briefs to our writers and edit articles to ensure they’re top-notch.

Masse also sits within our own growing portfolio of tech-focused media sites. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute content across our full portfolio, educating our audience on how they can get the best out of their lives and careers through the use of technology like AI and No-Code.

Our company is continually researching and exploring how to pair first-class writing with innovative AI processes. We’re looking for a candidate who’s interested in how AI tech can aid — not replace — the writing process and wants to help us create the most efficient, high-quality content on the market.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Create and assign content briefs (including detailed outlines) for our writers. SEO research is done for you.
  • Edit and oversee every article our writers produce, ensuring articles are high-quality, value-dense, and accurate.
  • Work directly with our writers to hone their skills and voice for our clients.
  • Add internal links and images to content.
  • Publish articles in Webflow.
  • You’ll have support from our Head of Content every step of the way.

Here’s what we’re looking for

  • Native-level English
  • Strong opinions on what good content looks like
  • Prior experience editing a variety of topics, ideally topics within a niche or technical industry. SaaS experience highly preferred
  • An understanding of SEO
  • Prior experience working in an agency environment
  • Prior experience working fully remote
  • Prior experience working consistently to tight deadlines
  • An avid researcher who enjoys diving deep into the intricacies of any topic
  • Bonus: Experience with Canva and/or Figma (Not essential)

Compensation: $3000 per month

Location: Fully Remote

Employment: Contract (Full-Time)
