About the Role
Vidyard is looking for a resourceful and organized Email & Campaign Delivery Coordinator to join our high-performance Marketing team! Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Automation and Operations, you will create dynamic emails, report and optimize programs, leverage multiple tactics and channels, and work closely with various roles across the marketing team including content, paid digital, segment marketing, and product marketing.
This is a remote role open to candidates located in Canada.
About the Team
The Demand Generation team consists of segment marketing, marketing automation, paid performance, and the web team. Our team plays a vital role in the customer journey starting at creating interest for our product line within our target audience across various channels, all the way through to multiple monetization paths, and many touchpoints in between. We work closely with various organizations across the company depending on the project and role.
Our key areas of focus are creating awareness for our products, acquiring leads and BUSUs, engaging our base with an emphasis on conversion, and increasing the likelihood to convert to a customer. Depending on where we see the biggest gaps or opportunities, our team is able to adjust our focus in order to maintain a healthy funnel.
What You’ll Work On
- Work alongside our team of Specialists to design, implement and deploy campaigns in Marketo, ensuring the data flows accurately into Salesforce
- Review workflow and campaign performance to suggest optimizations, set up automation, personalization, and testing focused on continuous improvement with regular reporting
- Work closely with other Marketing team members to plan, build, and execute creative and dynamic email programs
- Support ongoing efforts of marketing automation best practices including: database health, lead list creation, programs, forms and system assets
- Support the Marketing Automation Manager with exploring new campaign processes, and marketing technologies to increase efficiencies and to align to marketing objectives and industry best practices

What You’ll Bring to this Role and Your New Team:
- Possess a university degree or college diploma in business, marketing, or related field
- Experience in a professional marketing department using Marketing Automation (preferably Marketo) and CRM (preferably Salesforce.com) is a bonus
- Understand marketing, sales, and business processes and be able to effectively communicate across teams
- A technical background with a basic knowledge of HTML
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, communication and time management skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
