EMEA Alliances Director
Zencore is a fast growing company founded by former Google Cloud leaders, architects and engineers. We are looking for candidates that have significant experience with Google Cloud to join our team. Our engagements are designed to unblock, remove risk and accelerate timelines for customers that are migrating to Google or need help with data and application modernization. We embed into customer teams to help with strategy, technology decisions and co-development style execution.
In this role, you will be reporting to the managing director of EMEA and working closely with cross-functional colleagues such as marketing, practice leads, and operations to ensure the successful development of our extensive relationship with Google Cloud. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient with 5-7 years of experience in a comparable environment. The candidate will also be a high-energy ‘make things happen’ person that has experience taking ownership of opportunities to create structure and/or improve workflow while executing on those, all within a fast-paced environment.
As Director of Google Cloud Alliances, you will be part of the team building Zencore’s go-to-market strategy in EMEA and will work closely with marketing and sales. There are numerous opportunities to grow our brand and this individual can ruthlessly prioritize to stay focused on quarterly goals.
Note: Although this is a remote position, we are only looking for candidates who live in either the United Kingdom or Germany.
What you will do...
- You will be responsible for continuing to build on the established Google Cloud relationship across EMEA
- You will help define sales strategies and drive execution and orchestration with Google’s technical, sales, and marketing teams
- Drive executive connections within the Google Cloud partner program as well as with regional partner teams across different sales segments (corp, enterprise, select), solutions, and verticals.
- Manage our performance in the region through internal admin activities as well as through collaboration with the Google PDMs and their tools.
- Create executive-level messaging to map Zencore capabilities or priorities with Google's goals and drive quarterly business reviews with partner leadership.
- You will be instrumental in building the Go-To-Market sales plays through joint development with Google across multiple product areas
- Manage your region’s business in the Partner Advantage Portal (Pipeline tracking, deal reg, incentives, etc) and communicate progress/status both internally and externally. of Zencore sourced pipeline and ensure overall pipeline tracking accuracy and health in Partner Advantage.
- Have experience building ISV partnerships from the ground up
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with large-scale alliance relationships, including recruiting, developing, managing, and growing partnerships.
- Experience with Google Cloud products and partner ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Effective team player who can lead efforts across disciplines.
- Proven communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
